  • The new side-gauge system allows smooth accurate movement of the plate at all times. A new independent pressure wheel structure allows the plate loading pressure to automatically adjust to the plate being used giving smooth plate loading whatever the plate width
  • New dynamic drum balance design
  • A high-flow vacuum system provides more even plate suction and saves more than 30% of the energy used previously
  • Automatic lubrication of the guide rail makes “maintenance free” a reality. The linear magnetic drive is extremely precise, with super stability and accuracy. No lead screw, no grease, no banding, no abrasion, no friction and no wear
  • New, higher output resolutions are available. Resolutions of 4800 dpi, 5080 dpi, 9600 dpi are now optional. These new additional resolutions meet the requirements of security printing and 3D printing.
  • Web remote operation allows customers to view or operate their CRON CTP remotely. Remote data collection and analysis allows the surface center to detect faults and make adjustments without the need to visit the site, saving time and cost
  • Automatic plate loader is optional for no manual feeding
  • Built-in punching function supports at most 3 sets of punch dies installation (The gap between each punch unit should be no less than 100mm)
  • Optional external online punching bridge improves punching accuracy and productive efficiency
